Those who complete the 12 hours course will be awarded a certificate that may make them eligible for Soft Second Mortgage products. Learn how to review your credit history, talk to a Realtor, lawyer, banker, insurance agent, home inspector and home appraiser. The workshop is a 12 hour course held over 4 evenings on 1/24/12, 1/31/12, 2/2/12, and 2/7/12. Attendance at all four classes is required for your certificate.
